The house faces east, ensuring plenty of natural light throughout the day, even in winter. It features five elegant, panoramic bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and stunning views over the valley. The cozy living room, complete with a charming fireplace, is perfect for cold winter days, while a smaller panoramic living/dining room offers incredible views of the surrounding forest. The kitchen, designed by a professional chef, boasts a beautiful wooden island, ideal for gathering family and friends. There’s also a versatile TV/Office room, perfect for movie nights or working in privacy.
Outside, you’ll find a variety of outdoor spaces, including gardens, a wooden deck with a solarium area, and a Finnish tub. The property spans 2.4 acres of private land, providing ample space to explore. Despite its secluded location, the house is easily accessible by car.
Winter days in Oasi Zegna are bright and pleasantly mild. Snowfall is infrequent and typically lasts only a few days, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of the season without severe cold. As spring arrives, the magic truly begins. The blooming of the rhododendrons is a spectacular event not to be missed, bringing the entire park to life.
Summer offers warm and inviting weather, with temperatures reaching up to 30 degrees Celsius in July and August. Despite the daytime warmth, the evenings are consistently cool and refreshing. Autumn brings another breathtaking transformation, as the forest bursts into vibrant shades of red, orange, and gold.
